As the COVID-19 situation unfolds we are continuing to keep track of the latest news and updates from the Government, ensuring we implement every necessary measure to keep our staff and the community safe.

In accordance with the State Government's 3 stage announcement the COVID-19 restrictions are anticipated to continue to ease, given that physical distancing of 4 square meters is maintained. As the situation changes and progresses, we'll endeavour to continue to keep you updated on what we're doing here at Urban Turf Solutions to ensure that you can still get your hands on the Australian turf you know and love.

What does this mean for us?

• Increased cleaning of our premises.
• Additional hand washing facilities, available.
• 1.5 metre social distancing markers in place.
• Asking employees to monitor their own health and stay home if they are feeling unwell.

What does this mean for our customers?

• Contactless pick-up from our warehouse, or delivery right to your driveway.
• Reduced office and warehouse hours. These are now Monday to Thursday from 7am - 3pm, until further notice.
• Real time take offs for tradies – measure your job from home, no site visit required. Contact us for more info on how we can help you with this.
• Asking customers visiting our showroom or warehouse to please respect our distancing measures and if you're feeling unwell, to please stay home.
